I think it is always important to be original.

My store started because I felt like making my own jewelry. I did this for a few reasons:
A) I'm a huge fan of jewelry.
B) I love big, statement pieces.
C) I loved the idea of wearing something that no one else had seen before.

When I started getting compliments on the pieces I had made, and people asking where I bought them, I realized that I wasn't the only person that liked my stuff! So, I made a few pieces here and there for my friends and family, and then it just started taking off.

I came up with the name Archetype Collective because all of my pieces are completely original. Even if I can make duplicates of certain pieces, each stone is completely unique in size, shape and color. Which I find pretty amazing.

I just love to create things that tell a story, and are completely original. My pieces speak to me, and I hope they do to you too!
